The Grease Pressurised Follower 20000FCL is a 20,000-liter bulk transport, storage, and dispensing system. It integrates two "GREPF10,000" series circular pressurized follower grease tanks inside a standard 20 ft side-opening shipping container to safely handle bulk viscous materials across supply chains.

The twin internal grease tanks are accessible via the shipping container's side doors. They sit on an integrated channel mount system that acts as guide rails, allowing the tanks to be easily rolled or removed out of the 20 ft container for routine maintenance and servicing.

While standard units are built for rugged industrial use, Optitainer offers flexibility in choice including custom designs and material options in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. Additional upgrades include GPS tracking, remote volume monitoring (ultrasonic or pressure pallet), grease supply manifolds, and custom corporate paint finishes.

The system is specifically engineered for high-viscosity materials, including NLGI#3 grease and lower grades. Additionally, its high purge rate design makes it fully adaptable for storing and dispensing other thick industrial materials such as adhesives, pastes, and industrial inks.
