PMV Pump System 

PMV Pump is designed to pump low and 
medium viscosity lubricants, including:
● synthetic and petroleum based motor greases
● transmission fluids
● petroleum-based automotive hydraulic fluids

Pump is designed to deliver lubricants
directly from drum into intended reservoir.
It can be used with tank-mounted or
overhead reel source. Fluid meters are

recommended, but not required.

Level Sensor

Operating on an 80 GHz frequency with an accuracy of ±10 mm, this battery-powered radar level transmitter is designed for mobile and stationary plastic tanks (including IBCs and storage tanks) across all industries. It delivers a maximum measuring distance of 15 m within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, utilizing a durable PBT/PC plastic wetted housing. The device features wireless communication via NB-IoT, LTE-M, or 2G fallback for seamless digital integration with services like Netilion Value or SupplyCare Hosting, and offers optional wall, ceiling, or pipe mounting brackets. Note that application limits apply to metallized plastic tanks or media with a dielectric constant (DK) under 1.9.

GREP Heater Assembly

Designed to be mounted underneath the sump
of Pressurised Follower grease containers (GREP).
The heater heats the air and utilizes convection
and radiant heat to transfer to the grease inside
the GREP. This helps increase the shell
temperature of the container keeping the grease
at a consistent temperature. Through natural
convection of heat flow heat transmits directly
into the container for maximum efficiency. The
elements are maintained in a dry environment

with two drain points to purge any condensation.

supply the power you need for long pipe runs and

higher-volume dispensing.

Heater Blanket

Heater jacket that covers three sides of
rectangular Grease-Tainers with long straps
joining the two ends across the front; on round
Grease-Tainers shorter straps join the two ends
through the gauge area. Vertical straps help keep
the jacket in position and assist with ease of
mounting by one operator.
With many of the applications outside in the
weather, a heavy duty PVC removable over-cover
was developed to give protection from dust and
occasional rain showers. This is an option chosen
at time of purchase and can be replaced. It

provides added longevity to the heater jacket.

Skid Bund And Rail System For Pump

The Skid is designed to work as a platform for
the pump connection.
Dimension is 2500mm L x 1500mm W x 639.5
H. Made from Mild steel material, hot dipped
galvanized.

Pressure Primer

Lincoln’s mounting accessories include an
elevator to facilitate drum change-over by lifting
the pump from an empty drum and lowering it
into a new drum with minimum effort. Primers
and pressure primers are available for positive
priming of viscous materials which are forced into
the pump inlet by the downward force of the
follower. Models are available for most
applications from 5-gallon pails to 55-gallon
drums. Models include followers with O-ring seals
single O-rings for 5-gallon pail units and double
O-rings for 55-gallon drum units) which seal the
container of material from outside contamination
and drying while wiping the container’s sides

clean.

Pressure Sensor

Electronic pressure sensors are flush-mount
pressure transmitters which are ideal for standard
applications for, continuous level measurement.
Typical applications are the measurement of
liquids in storage vessels or open basins in nearly
all industrial environments. Remote parameter
setting of the units is possible. The measuring range can be
set up.
